We continue our 3 part mini-series featuring 3 designers who bring different kinds of magazines to life.
Next up we have Alexandra Golubeva of Readymag, a browser-based tool for designing anything on the web. No coding needed.
Founded in 2012, Readymag offers the most powerful, versatile, and visually-pleasing tool for designing on the web. Ideal for dozens of formats — from landing pages to multimedia long-reads, presentations and portfolios — all made with a single tool. Besides the design system, at Readymag they seek to advance the culture and community of design itself. Creative freedom and mindful design are the principles they champion throughout everything they do.
In this conversation, Alexandra takes us through what Readymag is all about, as well as a series of projects that showcase the platform’s capabilities. You’ll better understand what’s possible with digitally published magazines, as well as how Alexandra thinks about working with type on the web and lots of tips around accessibility for publication design on the web.
You'll definitely want to check out the links to all of the projects and follow along with the conversation and explore with us in real time.
